At Colonial Court, we believe senior living should feel personal, purposeful, and deeply connected. We are locally owned and operated boutique community serving just 48 residents at full capacity, allowing our leaders to truly know residents, build strong teams, and focus on quality rather than volume. We are seeking a Wellness Nurse who enjoys supporting people, supporting staff, building relationships with residents and families, and creating excellent resident outcomes.

Requirements

Licensed Nurse in good standing in Washington state
Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior housing
Management experience preferred
Wellness program management
Care plan evaluation
Regulatory compliance
Clinical staff training and mentoring
Nursing team management
