Job Summary LPN Talented Medical Solutions Contract In-Office | Keene, NH, United States LOCAL ONLY Date: 06/01/26 to 07/06/26 Shift: 2 Start: 3:00 PM End: 11:30 PM Class: LPN Area: Keene Center Perm: False Order Reason: New Opening Contract Weeks: 6 Guarantee: 40 Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri Responsibilities Provide nursing care under supervision for patients, maintaining safety and comfort. Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in medical records accurately. Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per protocol. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and workplace safety policies. Collaborate with physicians and team to develop and update care plans. Track and report patient progress against defined targets and KPIs. Utilize standardized pipelines to forecast patient care needs and staffing requirements. Demonstrate eagerness to learn through active participation in training and development. Engage in daily huddles and provide updates on patient status and workload. Uphold high visibility of work activity through meticulous task management and reporting. Support patient families with information and education as appropriate. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in the respective state. Provide nursing care under supervision while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes in EMR systems. Administer medications per protocol and monitor for adverse reactions. Adhere to regulatory standards and workplace safety policies at all times. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and update care plans. Track patient progress against defined targets and KPIs; report variances. Utilize forecasting pipelines to anticipate patient care needs and staffing demands.
