Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Triage Department at our Baptist Seven Pines campus in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity.

As a Registered Nurse in our Triage Department, you will be responsible for:

Providing Nursing Assistance to Physicians
Greets and chaperons patients during medical part of visit
Obtain vital signs
Maintain Medical Documentation
Scheduling care, treatment, diagnostic tests
Handle and processing prescriptions and referrals
Perform waived test list in Laboratory and IV Therapy

Registered Nurse, Triage, Experience;

Clinical Experience Preferred

Experience & Credential Requirements;

Associate of Nursing Required
Bachelor of Nursing Preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse Required
BLS Required
