Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.
This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting.

What You’ll Do
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Qualifications
Required
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
License acquired 1 year prior to application
Ability to provide care in a home setting
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Preferred
Pediatric or home health experience
Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
