About this role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
  • License acquired 1 year prior to application
  • Ability to provide care in a home setting
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Must submit a resume to be considered
  • Preferred: Pediatric or home health experience
  • Preferred: Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
