About this role
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | $26.50/Hour
We are seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join a small outpatient internal medicine clinic in a unique combined role involving both nursing and personnel management .
The majority of the position will involve nursing work, principally providing in-house Chronic Care Management (CCM) services to our patients and potentially triaging inbound patient calls. The position will also serve as the clinical manager, with primary responsibility for supervising and supporting our outpatient staff.

Our clinic is currently being restructured, and we are looking for someone who wants to help us reset and build the culture of the practice .

The incoming manager will be well supported by clinic ownership . We are not looking for someone to solve every administrative problem in the practice. Initially, the management role will focus primarily on the people side of the clinic —leading staff, setting expectations, addressing personnel issues, and helping develop a healthy and productive team.
For the right person, management responsibilities and opportunities may expand over time based upon interest, ability, and capacity .
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services, with a major emphasis on our in-house Chronic Care Management program
- Supervise and support outpatient clinic personnel
- Establish clear expectations and promote accountability
- Help recruit, train, and develop clinic staff
- Address personnel concerns promptly and professionally
- Help improve clinic workflow and teamwork
- Work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and ownership
- Participate directly in patient care and other nursing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license
- Previous personnel management experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to address conflict directly, fairly, kindly, and professionally
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility
- A positive attitude toward hard work and a team-oriented environment
- Outpatient medical experience preferred
Compensation & Schedule
- $26.50 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Full-time, in-person position
