About this role
Medcor is seeking a part-time overnight Registered Nurse (RN) to join an employer-based occupational health clinic in Waterloo, IA. Schedule is Friday & Saturday, 10:30 PM – 11:00 AM. Responsibilities include delivering occupational health services, assessing and treating workplace injuries, providing workers' compensation case management, coordinating Return-to-Work programs, performing pre-employment and post-offer screenings, completing Physical Assessment Tests, maintaining OSHA documentation, and documenting patient care using Medcor's EMR system.
Requires current RN license, CPR/BLS certification, strong computer skills, ability to lift a 50-pound emergency response bag, and excellent communication skills. Preferred: ED, urgent care, ICU, or critical care experience.
