What You'll Do
- Own the full RAI/MDS process from assessment through care plan completion, in compliance with CMS regulations
- Partner with the Interdisciplinary Team to build individualized, meaningful care plans
- Conduct or coordinate resident interviews and clinical assessments
- Identify needs for specialized evaluations (behavioral, psychotropic, skin integrity, etc.)
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and certification of all assessments
- Contribute data and analysis to support our Quality Assurance Program
What We're Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license in Missouri
- Prior MDS Coordinator experience (this is a must)
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and compliance
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged
