About this role
Field RN Case Manager - Workers' Compensation. We are looking for a passionate Field RN Case Manager to join our team. We believe in the power of purpose. We are dedicated to ensuring injured workers receive the care and advocacy they need to return to their lives and livelihoods safely and efficiently. As a Field Case Manager, you are the critical link in the recovery process. You will use your clinical expertise and independent judgment to coordinate rehabilitation needs and advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of your clients. Core
Responsibilities
Clinical Advocacy - Independently assess injured workers' medical conditions and develop coordinated treatment plans with healthcare providers. Care Coordination - Attend medical appointments to ensure continuity of care and alignment with the treatment plan. Collaborative Planning - Partner with employers to implement job duty modifications based on medical restrictions and functional assessments.
Communication - Serve as the primary liaison between injured workers, medical professionals, employers, and insurance representatives. Education - Interpret and explain medical instructions to injured workers to ensure understanding and compliance. Reporting - Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and document activities in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Prior experience in case management required
- Workers' compensation or occupational health backgrounds preferred
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and HIPAA regulations
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent clinical judgment
- Mid-level experience
