Full-Time | $100,000 Annual Salary Service Area: Lawrence Methuen Andover North Andover Haverhill
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to join our growing Home Health team serving patients throughout the Merrimack Valley area. The ideal candidate will be a strong RN leader with hands-on home health experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to serve as the primary clinical point of contact for our nursing team.

- Serve as the Director of Nursing and primary clinical point of contact for the agency.

- Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our nursing team.
- Assist with approximately 6 OASIS assessments per week , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Conduct random check-in/supervisory visits with LPNs throughout the service area.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to field nurses.
- Monitor patient care and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Support and educate nursing staff regarding clinical procedures, documentation, and agency policies.
- Review clinical documentation and assist with timely and accurate completion.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with Medicare, Massachusetts regulations, and home health requirements .
- Address clinical concerns and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Promote high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the agency.

Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
- Home Health experience is REQUIRED.
- Previous OASIS experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous DON, nursing management, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, clinical documentation, and Medicare requirements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively supporting a field-based nursing team.
- Reliable transportation and ability to conduct supervisory/check-in visits throughout the service area.
