About this role

The Clinical Learning Specialist supports the design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs aligned with the MJHS Academy and organizational workforce development strategy. This role is responsible for executing structured learning initiatives across clinical and non-clinical populations, facilitating a range of educational programs, and supporting career pathway and pipeline development efforts. A key function of this role includes coordination of the MJHS Professional Preceptorship Program, serving as a liaison between internal staff, clinical leadership, and external academic partners to ensure a high-quality experiential learning environment.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Learning & Career Development, this role partners with Human Resources, clinical leadership, and operational teams to implement learning solutions that enhance employee capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
