About this role
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. Angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000! Pay Range: $27-$37/hr.
Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care. Job duties include focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordination of care, educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes, and preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
