The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Point is immediately hiring Registered Nurses. Excellent opportunity for New Grads to gain clinical experience! Up to $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus! Pay Range: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour. Full-time, Evening Shift, Monday to Friday, Island Park, NY. Registered Nurse RN Duties include using nursing judgement and knowledge of gerontological nursing to set priorities and make decisions, meeting nursing operational standards, implementing physician orders, performing standard nursing treatments, assessing and implementing Residents' care plans, completing care plans and documents, complying with confidentiality per HIPAA, supervising and directing resident care, establishing rapport with patients, providing support to patients and families, resolving patient needs via multidisciplinary team strategies, and maintaining documentation of patient care services.
Requirements
Active unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse License
Excellent clinical assessment skills
Ability to make good independent decisions
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
