This position provides advanced clinical oversight and coordination of surgical and endoscopy scheduling within the Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). The Clinical RN Supervisor optimizes operating room utilization while preventing equipment, staffing, and resource conflicts. The role ensures all surgical cases are scheduled in compliance with clinical, staffing, and safety standards. As a licensed and experienced OR nurse, the supervisor serves as a liaison between the ASC and physician offices, promoting effective block time use and clear communication among surgeons, clinics, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teams.
