Overview

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care based on evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team to set measurable goals. Delivers direct patient care within the nursing scope, delegates tasks appropriately, and monitors care quality.

Ensures safety and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and evaluates patient responses to interventions. Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and maintains accurate documentation.

Qualifications &

Skills

Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/program completion. Must hold a valid RN license recognized in the practice state. Ability to assess, plan, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
