Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care based on evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team to set measurable goals. Delivers direct patient care within the nursing scope, delegates tasks appropriately, and monitors care quality.
