We are expanding our nursing team to bring on individuals looking to insert themselves in a team-driven culture while caring for patients when they need help the most. In order to do so, we are looking for a driven and motivated nursing manager/supervisor. You will be responsible for managing and directing a team of nuses and care techs, and providing professional nursing care to patients with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to foster a supportive and therapeutic environment to include:
- Managing a schedule - coordinate staffing patterns across 20+ individuals and multiple department.
- Ensuring appropriate and compliant staffing schedules, team adherence to schedule, manage employee relations and employee matters, and disciplinary matters, when necessary
- Providing and coordinating care by assessing physical and health needs of patients, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, and educating patients and their families about various physical and health conditions.
- Providing nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures.
