About this role
This role is responsible for the coordination, maintenance and education of patient care relating to services provided by HRC Fertility under the direction and supervision of a licensed medical provider. Key Functions and Responsibilities include meeting and following up with potential patients, coordinating activities required to initiate treatment plans (surgery, IUI, IVF, PGD), maintaining IVF cycle lists, preparing patient schedules, coordinating cases for physicians, maintaining patient medical records, providing patient education including injection technique, scheduling IUIs, and obtaining authorizations for patient medications.
