Referral Management Coordinator at Live On Nebraska. Ensures timely and accurate evaluation of potential organ donor referrals while working remotely. Responsibilities include receiving and screening referrals, donor assessment via EMR review, data management, collaboration with hospital staff and interdisciplinary teams, documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and participation in departmental meetings, training, and quality assurance initiatives. Reports to Omaha, NE office with remote option for candidates in FL, IA, KS, MO, NE, OH, VA, UT, and WI. 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-month schedule including overnight and weekend work.

Requirements

Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or Paramedic/EMT
Current experience working in a critical care or emergency care setting required
Ability to obtain and maintain ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification
Familiarity with EMR usage (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, internal EMR systems)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment
12-hour shifts both day and night on a rotating 2-month schedule
Weekend availability required
