Career Land Center is hiring for a Med-Surg Oncology RN at a healthcare facility in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, home to an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, a dedicated Cancer Care Center, and full open-heart surgery services.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze patient data to build individualized, outcome-focused care plans. Serve as a dedicated advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the stay. Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans. Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care not required — LTAC, SNF, and similar settings will be considered). Associate Degree in Nursing. Current, unrestricted RN license. BLS certification within 30 days of start. ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration within 18 months of start.
Schedule
Night shift, rotating weekends.
