What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with residents’ care plans
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in condition
- Administer and document medications accurately (including narcotics)
- Respond confidently to emergencies and urgent situations
- Ensure safety and infection control standards are always met
- Maintain complete, compliant documentation
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing education
- Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Current NJ license
- CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or assisted living preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A caring, reliable team player with excellent time-management
- Comfortable with electronic charting/computer skills
- Able to meet physical job demands and work a flexible schedule
