About this role

QSL Management is a fast-growing senior living company with ample opportunities for advancement. We are currently looking for a Director of Wellness for The Blake at LPGA. Primary Responsibilities include ensuring effective and efficient daily operations within the wellness (Nursing Care) department, directly supervising nursing and personal care staff, assessing the health, functional and psycho-social status of residents, ensuring superior care and promoting service excellence, and ensuring that the community meets all Federal and State guidelines and requirements.

Requirements

Current state LPN license as required by state regulations
Three years of nursing experience
Two years supervisory experience
Experience in hiring staff, managing budget and managing schedules
Current CPR certification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited nursing college or university (Preferred)
Current First Aid certification (preferred)
Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term care (preferred)
