QSL Management is a fast-growing senior living company with ample opportunities for advancement. We are currently looking for a Director of Wellness for The Blake at LPGA. Primary Responsibilities include ensuring effective and efficient daily operations within the wellness (Nursing Care) department, directly supervising nursing and personal care staff, assessing the health, functional and psycho-social status of residents, ensuring superior care and promoting service excellence, and ensuring that the community meets all Federal and State guidelines and requirements.
