Opportunity Details
- The targeted pay range for this job is $38.00 - $43.00 per hour.
- On-Call/PRN - Flexible Shift - Pick up shifts as you are available - 8am-4:30pm
- This position will support the Litchfield, MN & surrounding area.

Responsibilities
- Makes visits to clients home to provide nursing care based on the client needs and their care plan. These visits could be scheduled or as needed.
- Assesses the client's condition and reports any concerns to the clients Ecumen RN Case Manager. Collaborates with the RN Case Manager to update the care plan as needed and/or as directed by the medical provider.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical provider, following the plan of care. Completes charting as appropriate for type of visit.
- Communicates with appropriate medical providers regarding client needs and/or changes in the client’s condition. Seeks orders from the medical provider as required.
- Provides health care instructions to the client as appropriate per assessment and care plan.
- Receives and responds to phone calls during assigned shifts.
