Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) - Brackenridge, PA
Full Time | 16hr shift - Saturday & Sunday | $45/hour
At Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation , we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients while fostering a compassionate and collaborative environment for our staff. As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents on our weekend shifts
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, progress notes, and treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care
Participate in quarterly quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
0 years of experience , with a passion for delivering exceptional care to patients
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as needed
