In this role, you will manage and oversee all nursing staff in our facility, ensuring optimal patient care, staff coordination, and efficient clinical operations.

Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Previous experience in an acute care, long-term care, or relevant healthcare setting preferred
CPR and BLS certifications required
ACLS preferred
Weekend availability is a must
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
