What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse include

Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
