We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our team of healthcare professionals on weekends. As an integral member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and our employees have the support and resources they need to excel.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of LPNs and RNs and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care on weekends

Conduct regular rounds to ensure that all patients are receiving the highest level of care

Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement facility-wide policies and procedures

Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed

Monitor and address any concerns or issues that may arise during your shift

Requirements

Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
