Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Trauma - FT

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; delivering safe and effective treatments; advocating for patients; participating in performance improvement initiatives; maintaining professional standards and confidentiality; supporting shared governance; mentoring colleagues; and contributing to a positive work environment. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor of Nursing; valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; and current licensure and certifications required upon hire. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth. Ability to prioritize patient needs, document accurately, and support organizational quality and safety standards. Other duties include promoting patient satisfaction, engaging in professional development, and adhering to policies and standards.
