Summary
Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) primary responsibility is to deliver safe and therapeutic nursing care to the residents of Fair Acres. The RN or LPN will coordinate patient care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families.

Responsibilities
- Is confident and flexible in ability to practice nursing on any unit throughout the facility, and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
- Collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary health care team in providing quality care, and documentation of resident goals.
- Effectively interact with patients, family and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
- Supports the goals and objectives of the Nursing Department and Administration of Fair Acres and participates on committees as requested.
- Ensures effective organization of assignments by establishing priorities and setting goals.
- Evaluates and reports all significant symptoms, reactions, and changes in a resident’s condition.
- Records pertinent information and assures the continuity of accurate and timely documentation to facilitate communication among services.
- Participates in Staff Development programs as mandated by Fair Acres and seeks additional self-enrichment and professional growth through continuing education.
- Assumes other duties as deemed necessary by the Unit Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor
Experience
1+ years’ experience in the long-term care field preferred
Education
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
Licensures/
Certifications
PA RN license or PA LPN License
Pay: $29.99 - $48.00 per hour
