Assess resident health needs and report changes to the physician and family.
Conduct brief meeting with nursing personnel ending their shift and beginning their shift.
Carry-out orders from the attending physician.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by attending physician.
Create and maintain resident charts, noting all pertinent information within the chart
Assist with admission, discharge, or transfer of residents
Prepares complaint/incident report forms regarding employees, residents, families, or physicians and submit all written reports to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
Assist in performance evaluations of certain personnel
Attend conferences, continuing education seminars, and in-services, either on-site or away from the facility.
Education and Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelors' Degree in Nursing
Currently registered by the State of Pennsylvania
Previous experience in nursing, patient care
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work well in teams
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to travel to various locations
US Citizen or Green Card holder
