What You'll Do
Respond to after-hours hospice calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro service area.
Perform urgent nursing visits and comprehensive clinical assessments.
Manage pain, symptoms, medications, and changing patient conditions.
Support and educate families while coordinating care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
What You'll Bring
Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Hospice experience strongly preferred, with additional consideration for nurses from ICU, oncology, palliative care, home health, or other high-acuity settings.
Outstanding assessment and clinical decision-making abilities.
Confidence working independently in fast-changing situations.
Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
Availability for a 7 On / 7 Off evening and overnight rotation.
