About this role

Hubble Creek is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team!

Our newly renovated, clean, and welcoming facility is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents while fostering a supportive environment for our staff.

Responsibilities include

  • Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department.
  • Support and mentor nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Promote quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Help maintain staffing, scheduling, and employee education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in Missouri.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
