Hubble Creek is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team!
Our newly renovated, clean, and welcoming facility is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents while fostering a supportive environment for our staff.
Responsibilities include
Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department.
Support and mentor nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Promote quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
Help maintain staffing, scheduling, and employee education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care.
Qualifications
Current RN license in Missouri.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
