About this role
Hubble Creek is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team!
Our newly renovated, clean, and welcoming facility is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents while fostering a supportive environment for our staff.
Responsibilities include
- Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Support and mentor nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Promote quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
- Help maintain staffing, scheduling, and employee education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Missouri.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
