DISC Surgery Center seeking a full time Director Of Nursing to join Tarzana location. Cutting edge facility with two OR's specializing in spine, orthopedic and pain management cases. Responsible for all aspects of nursing care delivery including assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge. Provides leadership and oversight for Pre-Op and PACU departments. Oversees facility Quality Improvement and Risk Management programs. Monitors compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and facility standards.
