About this role
Health Care Quality RN role at Geisinger supporting Pennsylvania's intellectual disability and autism (ID/A) community. The RN coordinates and promotes quality healthcare services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and autism living in community settings through health-related training, clinical expertise, and technical assistance. Duties include building linkages to community supports, identifying individuals with co-morbid conditions, conducting health surveys, developing wellness plans, and advocating for consumers' health needs. Full-time, 40 hours weekly.

Requirements
- RN
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years RN work experience (Required)
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
- Preferred: Experience working as an RN with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism in community or residential care settings
