About this role
Coordinates Associate Wellness programs at Health First. Evaluates and educates associates regarding illnesses, injuries, and exposures. Performs annual Associate Wellness evaluations and updates immunizations.
Ensures associate compliance of N-95 and influenza requirements. Coordinates pre-employment testing, drug screens, immunizations, TB testing, Hepatitis B, flu shots, Hearing/Vision Conservation Program, HAZMAT, and hyperbaric physicals. Requires Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from accredited program, active Florida RN license or eligible, and American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card.
Prior experience with Worker's Compensation, occupational health, safety requirement infection control, wellness programs and health assessments preferred.
