Cherry blossom-lined streets bloom each spring, and the historic downtown offers antebellum architecture and a growing food scene for nurses exploring a slower-paced Southern city.

About the employer
The day-to-day is infusion work in homes and outpatient settings, not a crowded med-surg unit. A recent recruiting post listed a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 in student loan reimbursement for Registered Nurse roles, with relocation help mentioned as well.…
On your path
Oncology is a specialty you move into. Chemo cards are the working credential; infusion hires in too.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What should I expect for holiday, call, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
