Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to perform Veterans Disability Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations in a structured clinical setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who value efficiency, accuracy, and meaningful service to veterans while benefiting from flexible scheduling and volume-based earning potential*. Comprehensive training and direct physician mentorship are provided. Flexible scheduling, scheduled up to 1 month in advance by the PA, any day of the week, daytime hours, no call/evenings/weekends required* Minimum 20 hours per week of in-person exam time required for benefits*

Volume-based compensation* (no salary) with strong earning potential Salary range: Up to $140,000 per year based on production*

• Documentation time is separate from scheduled exam hours; experienced examiners can complete most documentation during encounters

Responsibilities

• Perform structured disability examinations for veterans
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation using standardized templates
• Maintain efficient workflow while ensuring clinical accuracy
• Participate in onboarding training and quality improvement processes
• Active Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Strong applicants are not perfectionists but instead strive for efficient documentation with accuracy
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a productivity-based environment
• Persistent, patient, and adaptable during the initial 1–2 month training period
