About the Role

We are seeking a licensed and experienced LPN to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN at Allaire Health Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Conducting assessments and reporting changes in patient condition to the nurse manager

Assisting with treatments, procedures, and medical tests as ordered by the attending physician

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
