About this role
Provides professional nursing care for a lithotripsy service. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care rendered to patients. Collaborates with the physician and clinical staff to coordinate care. Provides education to patients and family members. Assures the quality of care to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. The Lithotripsy RN will be responsible for providing high-quality pre-operative care, procedural sedation, and post-operative care during extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) procedures.
