The role and schedule

Day to day: Daily nursing rounds checking care plans and quality benchmarks Conduct daily nursing rounds to monitor and assure adherence to care plans and quality benchmarks.

Position Overview

Join our dedicated nursing team at Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, where compassionate care and clinical excellence come first. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care every day.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with DON and ADON to maintain and elevate resident care quality. Implement and uphold nursing protocols, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Conduct daily nursing rounds to monitor and assure adherence to care plans and quality benchmarks. Support facility surveys by preparing documentation and assisting with follow-up actions. Address resident and family concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of grievances.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida. Prior nursing home experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
