Momentous Health at Vandalia is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our 7a–7p Day Shift team. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, communicating with families and providers, and maintaining thorough documentation.
