Job Summary and Qualifications
Job summary
We are seeking an Employee Health RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to provide direct and indirect nursing care for employees, contract employees and non-employee groups, with particular emphasis in the area of occupational health. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.
In this role you will
Complete Employee Health visits per organizational policy and department protocols.
Provide safe, competent and efficient nursing care for minor and acute injuries and illnesses.
Monitor employee work-related illness and injury trends.
Assess, develop, and implement strategies to prevent work-acquired injury or illness and expedite return to work.
Participate in preventative screening programs.
Safely administer and document immunizations and TB skin tests.
Counsel employees on physical and mental health issues and provide resources for further assistance.
