About this role
Banner Staffing Services (BSS) offers Registry/Per Diem opportunities within Banner Health. As a Lactation Consultant RN at Banner University Medical Center - Tucson you will be rounding on patients in L&D, Postpartum, and the NICU to assist with breastfeeding and will provide education about breastfeeding, latching, and pumping to both patients and staff. This role includes developing feeding plans and collaborating with pediatricians and speech therapy. Prior lactation consultant experience and IBCLC required for this position.

Requirements
- RN
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- IBCLC, CLC, CBC or CBS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification must be obtained within six months
- Prior lactation consultant experience and IBCLC required
