Requirements
- Valid RN license with current state registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proven experience in home care settings or medical-surgical units demonstrating strong patient assessment skills
- Critical care experience including ICU or emergency room background highly preferred
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner; proficiency in ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9) is advantageous
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, memory care needs, or in hospice & palliative medicine
