The agency specializes in providing skilled nursing and physical rehabilitation services to home bound elderly clients in their homes and in facilities.
We are seeking a full time Registered Nurse for office and visits.
Part time and PRN positions are available for Registered Nurse: Home Health Care. Job Duties of Registered Nurse: Home Health Care.
- Admitting Clients / Office
- Providing Skilled nursing service
- Coordinating care
- Communication with physician, office and other clinical staff
- Supervision if needed
- Providing screenings and assessments when needed
- On call in rotation
- Helping marketing staff if needed
Qualifications of Registered Nurse: Home Health Care.
- Must be very well organized and have good customer service skills.
- Must have good communication skills
- No history of criminal conduct
- Must have reliable automobile and auto insurance
- Professional license in good standing
- Must be familiar with Medicare guidelines and regulations for home health
- Current TB, HEP and CPR
- Must be familiar with elderly rehab in community / home setting
- Must be respectful to the needs of our elderly clients and their caregivers
- Must have good computer skills.
Salary/ visit rate is negotiable based on work load, background and experience.
