Lubbock sits on the wide-open high plains of West Texas, offering a laid-back college-town energy thanks to Texas Tech University. Known as the 'Hub City,' it blends affordable suburban living with a surprising music heritage. Nurses relocating here will find a tight-knit community, flat horizons, and plenty of Texas pride.
