We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Op/PACU BSN to join our team. As a Pre-Op/PACU BSN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care before and after surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

Assessing and monitoring patients before and after surgery

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educating patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

RN license

Active state nursing license

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pre-Op/PACU nursing

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast -paced and high-stress environment
