Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
- Minimum of 1–2 years of Home Health nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding
- Working knowledge of CMS Medicare Home Health regulations and California licensing requirements
- Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and computer-based documentation systems
