What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pre-operative and post-operative patients
  • Monitor patients recovering from general, regional, or local anesthesia
  • Obtain and document complete nursing histories and assessments
  • Closely monitor vital signs and patient status, identifying and reporting any changes
  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and care team members
  • Supervise and support non-licensed clinical staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
  • Support a teamwork-based environment with opportunities for cross-training
  • Follow all nursing standards, state regulations, and center policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • 1+ years PACU, pre-op, or perioperative experience
  • PALS and/or CNOR certification a plus
