Job Details Job Type: Full-Time / Field-Based Location: East Texas (Local travel required) Setting: Home Health Care What You'll Do Adhere to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, Board of Nursing rules, and all applicable regulations Provide comprehensive nursing care using assessments, diagnoses, and individualized care plans Provides effective communication to the patient, family, team members, and other healthcare professionals as evidenced by clinical notes, case conferences, and communication notes. Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Documents care timely by meeting agency's standards of submission of documentation. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas Certifications: Current ACLS or BLS certification.
