Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Perform minor clinical procedures
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, coding and documentation standards
• Collaborate with our four vascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in clinic operations including post-op follow up care, seeing patient consults and assisting the vascular surgeons with general inpatient and outpatient care

Skills

• Strong background in clinic or a medical office setting as well as inpatient settings
• Proficient in medical documentation, coding, and medical imaging interpretation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Dedication to providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Experience

• Vascular Disease Managment : 1 year (Preferred)
• Wound Care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/

Certification

• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Preferred)
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Oregon License (Required)
