Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
Overview
Oregon Vascular Specialists is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) dedicated to provide high-quality patient care in our clinic setting and at the hospitals we serve. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Perform minor clinical procedures
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, coding and documentation standards
- Collaborate with our four vascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in clinic operations including post-op follow up care, seeing patient consults and assisting the vascular surgeons with general inpatient and outpatient care
Skills
- Strong background in clinic or a medical office setting as well as inpatient settings
- Proficient in medical documentation, coding, and medical imaging interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Dedication to providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care
