Registered Nurse (RN) – NOC Shift

• *Night Shift (NOC):* 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Full Time only
• Rotating weekends schedule

Responsibilities

*

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized therapies safely and accurately
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and licensed staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident

Qualifications

*

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehab, or Subacute experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
