Responsibilities
*
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized therapies safely and accurately
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and licensed staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident

Qualifications

- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehab, or Subacute experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
